Which Path Is Right for You?

What is the difference between the two?

Functional medicine programs are structured programs, lasting several months, for people who are working to resolve a specific health concern. Concierge Primary Care is an ongoing membership for people who want their own physician for everyday and preventive care.

I have a health problem that has not improved. Where should I start?

The functional medicine path is the right place to start. Our programs are designed for complex and unresolved health concerns. New patients currently join by waitlist.

I am generally well and want a physician who knows me. Where should I start?

Concierge Primary Care is the right place to start. You will have your own physician, direct access when you need it, and a thorough evaluation every year.

Can I begin with one and add the other later?

Yes. You can begin with the path that fits your most pressing need. The two are separate services, and our team will guide you if your needs change.

Is either one billed to insurance?

No. Both are paid directly to the practice. We recommend that you keep your health insurance for services outside our practice.

What does each one cost?

The annual fees for Concierge Primary Care are listed on its page. Functional medicine program fees depend on the program your physician recommends, and they are discussed with you personally.

Is care available by telehealth?

Functional medicine programs are available in person and by telehealth in the states where our physicians are licensed. Concierge Primary Care is based at our Carmel, Indiana office.
