Concierge Primary Care is a distinct, comprehensive primary care membership focused on direct access to your personal MD, exceptional convenience and ongoing medical care. It includes our Annual Functional Assessment, informed by our physicians' expertise in functional and precision medicine. Joining concierge care does not require joining a functional medicine program.
Membership is paid directly and is not billed to insurance. Your insurance may still be used for laboratory tests, prescriptions, specialist care and hospital care, and we recommend that you maintain it.
Certainly. Your physician will coordinate directly with them, and will arrange a prompt appointment with a leading specialist whenever a new need arises.
The hospital's physicians direct your care during your stay. Your physician resumes your care upon discharge, so that your recovery continues without interruption.
Yes. Preferred rates are available for family members, and we will review them with you during your discovery call.
Our office is located in Carmel, Indiana. Care is provided in person and by telemedicine throughout Indiana.
