What types of fertility concerns do you work with?
We support women with irregular cycles, ovulation issues, PCOS, endometriosis, unexplained infertility, post-pill hormone imbalance, and those looking to optimize preconception health.
Do I need to be actively trying to conceive to work with you?
Not at all. We also help women regulate cycles, transition off birth control, or simply restore hormone health for long-term balance and future fertility.
How is your approach different from standard fertility care?
We look beyond egg count and cycle tracking. Our approach investigates full-system function — including hormones, gut health, thyroid, metabolism, inflammation, and nutrient status — to identify what's disrupting reproductive balance.
Do you work with PCOS and endometriosis?
Yes. We assess the root contributors to these conditions — including insulin resistance, inflammation, and hormonal signaling — and build care plans that support regulation and cycle improvement.
Do you work with male partners?
We work primarily with women, but can provide support for male partners when relevant — including guidance on sperm health, hormone balance, and lifestyle optimization.
What testing is typically done?
Depending on your case, testing may include full hormone panels, thyroid testing, inflammatory markers, nutrient levels, ovulation tracking, or gut health evaluation.
Will I be put on medication or birth control?
We do not default to medication. Our care is built around identifying root contributors and supporting the body’s ability to regulate — using personalized strategies under physician supervision.
Can I do this instead of IVF or IUI?
Some patients come to us before considering IVF; others use our care to improve cycle health while preparing for assisted fertility treatments. We are not a replacement for fertility procedures, but we can improve the foundation those treatments rely on.
How long does it take to see changes in my cycle or fertility?
Some women see cycle changes within 1–2 cycles; others may take longer depending on complexity. Fertility and hormone recovery unfold in phases — we guide the process step by step.
Is this covered by insurance?
We don’t bill insurance directly. Some lab tests or prescriptions may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Our care is delivered through a structured membership model.
