What does “longevity medicine” mean in your practice?
We focus on preserving function, extending healthspan, and identifying early physiologic decline — before it becomes disease. It’s about proactive care, not reactive treatment.
How do you measure biological aging?
We may use biomarkers such as inflammation levels, hormone status, mitochondrial function, metabolic resilience, and, in some cases, epigenetic or cellular aging markers — depending on the case.
Do you use peptide therapy or advanced longevity tools?
When clinically appropriate, we may include peptides, mitochondrial support, or targeted strategies — but always within a structured, physician-led plan based on labs and outcomes.
Is this just for older patients?
Not at all. We work with patients in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond who want to stay ahead of decline, optimize energy and cognition, and build long-term health strategy.
Do you treat perimenopause, andropause, or hormone shifts?
Yes. Hormone optimization is often part of longevity care — including support for thyroid, adrenal, sex hormones, and insulin regulation when relevant.
How is this different from “anti-aging” medicine?
We don’t chase trends or make unrealistic promises. Our work is grounded in functional systems biology, medical oversight, and strategies that adapt to your physiology over time.
Will I need advanced testing?
We use testing strategically — not excessively. If deeper insight is needed into inflammation, metabolic performance, detox, or mitochondrial health, we’ll guide that process carefully.
Can this help with brain fog or cognitive decline?
Cognitive performance is often influenced by metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, and mitochondrial factors. We help clarify those patterns and build plans to support focus, clarity, and resilience.
Is this model safe for people already on medication or with chronic conditions?
Yes. Many of our patients are already under care for blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, or autoimmune issues. Our approach is designed to integrate — not conflict.
Is longevity care covered by insurance?
We don’t bill insurance directly. Some lab work or prescriptions may be HSA/FSA eligible. Our care is structured as a physician-guided membership model with personalized oversight.
