Concierge Primary Care at The Functional MDs is a private membership for people who expect more from their medical care. You have your own board-certified physician, who knows your history, has time for you, and is directly available when you need care.
In most practices, a visit is brief, an appointment is weeks away, and you are left to manage your own care. Concierge Primary Care, sometimes called direct primary care, is built differently. We care for a limited number of members, so your physician has the time to know you, to listen, and to think carefully about your health.

Each year, your physician completes a thorough evaluation and a detailed laboratory analysis that looks well beyond a standard physical. Your results are brought together into a clear, personal picture of your health, measured against what is optimal and not only what is normal. Your physician then builds a plan around it, including nutrition, so that the goal is your best health and not only the absence of disease.

Good medical care involves many details, and our members are not the ones who manage them. From the first day of membership, our team works to make your care simple, private, and convenient. Much of what makes this membership different is reserved for our members, and we will walk you through the full experience personally on your discovery call.
The physicians of The Functional MDs are board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, with backgrounds in academic hospital medicine. They bring additional training in lifestyle and integrative medicine to everyday primary care, and this membership gives them the time to use it.
Concierge Primary Care is an annual membership. The fee is based on your age when you join.
Membership is an annual commitment and may be paid annually or monthly. Membership is limited so that every member receives this level of time and attention. Membership covers your primary care, and any service outside primary care is separate from your membership. Membership is not health insurance, and we recommend that you keep health insurance for imaging, prescriptions, specialist care, hospital care, and laboratory testing beyond your annual analysis.
