OUR APPROACH
Most IV lounges hand you a laminated menu and let you pick a drip like ordering coffee. We do the opposite. Before a single drop enters your bloodstream, our providers review your complete health history, current labs, and clinical presentation to build a formulation that belongs to you alone.
Every IV begins with a direct conversation with our providers. Your symptoms, labs, medications, and goals are all factored in before any formulation decision is made.
Advanced diagnostics identify what your cells are actually deficient in — not what a standard menu assumes. Your IV is a clinical prescription, not a product.
All infusions are administered by licensed RN or paramedic professionals under direct physician standing orders, with vital sign monitoring throughout.
THE INGREDIENT LIBRARY
Our providers draw from the full spectrum of evidence-based intravenous and injectable nutrients. What goes into your formulation is determined by one thing only: what your body needs, based on clinical evidence and your personal data.
Powerful antioxidant supporting immune cell function, collagen synthesis, and iron absorption. IV delivery achieves plasma levels impossible orally — critical for immune restoration, detox support, and anti-inflammatory protocols.
Full-spectrum B vitamins driving every major energy pathway in the body. Supports the Krebs cycle, mitochondrial ATP production, adrenal function, and neurotransmitter synthesis.
The most bioavailable form of B12, directly supporting methylation pathways, myelin sheath integrity, and DNA synthesis. Essential for patients with fatigue, neuropathy, or MTHFR variants.
Supports immune regulation, calcium metabolism, mood stability, and inflammatory balance. Most patients are deficient. Assessed by serum 25-OH-D before dosing.
Cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions. Critical for muscle relaxation, cardiovascular function, blood pressure regulation, sleep quality, and migraine prevention. Most commonly depleted mineral in modern patients.
Supports neuromuscular signaling, bone remodeling, and cellular membrane stability. Balanced with magnesium to prevent cardiac rhythm disturbances during infusion.
Essential cofactor for immune cell maturation (T-lymphocytes), wound healing, and over 200 enzymatic reactions. Commonly depleted during illness, stress, and GI dysfunction.
Comprehensive trace mineral replenishment targeting the full spectrum of enzymatic cofactor depletion. Selected for patients with documented deficiencies via advanced micronutrient testing.

Transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondrial matrix for energy production. Essential for cardiac function, fatigue recovery, and patients with metabolic or mitochondrial dysfunction.
An osmolyte supporting cellular hydration, electrolyte balance, bile acid conjugation, and hepatocyte membrane stability. Also plays a role in cardiac rhythm regulation and neurotransmission.

Central coenzyme in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Declines significantly with age, chronic illness, and stress. IV delivery activates sirtuin longevity pathways, restores cellular energy production, and supports cognitive clarity. Infused slowly over 2–4 hours based on tolerance.
A growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the pituitary to release natural growth hormone. Supports lean body composition, cellular repair, recovery acceleration, and sleep quality in physician-approved candidates.
Zinc Boost
Extra immune support. Added when T-cell deficiency or frequent illness is identified.
Extra Glutathione Push
Enhanced detoxification for heavy metal burden or mold/mycotoxin exposure.
High-Dose Vitamin C Boost
Immune intensification for active infection, post-viral recovery, or oncology support.
Magnesium Intensifier
Added for documented hypomagnesemia, active migraine, cardiac arrhythmia risk, or anxiety.
OPTIONAL ENHANCHEMENT
Based on your clinical picture, our providers may recommend one or more targeted add-ons to enhance your formulation. These are never chosen from a checklist they are prescribed based on your individual findings.

Taurine Boost
Enhanced electrolyte stability and cardiovascular support. Used in high-output or athletic patients.
Biotin (B7)
Hair, nail, and metabolic enzyme support. Particularly useful in thyroid and metabolic dysfunction.
Myers Upgrade
Elevate any infusion with the full Myers Cocktail base when foundational replenishment is the priority.
Anti-Nausea (Zofran / Ondansetron)
Physician-added medication for nausea, migraine nausea, or chemotherapy support when clinically indicated.

Clinical Benefits
Because nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream bypassing the digestive system your cells receive 100% bioavailability. The effects are faster, deeper, and more lasting than oral supplementation can achieve. Here is what patients consistently report and what the evidence supports.

What to Expect
Recovery and improvement timelines vary based on your starting point, formulation, and treatment frequency. Most patients notice meaningful changes well within the first 24 hours. Here is a general guide based on patient-reported outcomes.
0–2h
During Infusion
Many patients feel warmth, relaxation, and a gentle wave of calm as magnesium and B-vitamins begin circulating. Some report an immediate mental lift.
2–6h
Hours After
Energy increases, brain fog begins to lift, and physical fatigue noticeably reduces. Hydration effects peak — many report reduced headache and improved skin tone.
24–48h
Next Day
Deep cellular effects emerge: improved sleep quality, continued cognitive sharpness, reduced inflammation markers, and noticeable mood stabilization.
Days–Weeks
Series Benefits
Cumulative benefits from a full treatment series include sustained energy, immune resilience, measurable lab improvement, and systemic recovery from chronic depletion.
Treatment Parameters
All treatment parameters are determined by our providers based on your diagnosis, clinical goals, and response to therapy. The figures below represent typical ranges across our most common patient presentations.
Minutes per Session
Simple hydration and Myers Cocktail infusions run 20–45 minutes. Immune and detox protocols take 45–90 minutes. NAD+ therapy requires 2–4 hours depending on dose and individual tolerance.
Session Series
Most targeted protocols (detox, immune restoration, cellular energy) require a 4–10 session series to produce lasting clinical change. Wellness and maintenance patients may do 1–2 per month indefinitely.
Frequency
Intensive protocols are typically administered weekly for 4–8 weeks, then tapered to biweekly and monthly maintenance. Frequency is always re-evaluated at each follow-up with our providers.
